This place was really helpful, though a little hard to get someone at first with everyone crowding the counter, and they tuned my baby in just a couple days for a decent price. Wanting to avoid a department store bike per the advice of bike enthusiasts, we opted for our neighborhood bike shop. Orange Cycle was a great find, and we found our sales rep Joe to be thoughtful, engaging and very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive bike or the cruiser that I originally wanted. Instead, Joe had both of us test ride a bike that he felt would be the best bike for our needs, and we each loved the bikes we tested. Joe sized the bikes for each of us individually and gave us a quick tutorial on gear shifting and basic bike riding. I would fully recommend buying your next bicycle at Orange Cycle, for the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.

Orange, CA		 I bought my bike here a few years ago. It is basically the love of my life, the apple of my eye.

My boyfriend is building me a fixed gear bike now so we've been shopping around for all the parts. He needed to get some cranks and was looking on ebay but we ended up finding the same ones cheaper at Orange Cycle. The sales people are really helpful but sometimes they get pretty busy.

It's family owned and operated and they've been there for as long as I can remember so they must be doing something right.

Orange, CA		 Quite the opposite of the original review, we had a great experience at Orange Cycle. The first rep we ran into was quick to help out and very knowledgeable. He assesed my needs and recommended a great bike. We were there for over 2 hours trying out assorted bikes and even though they were extremely busy, they let us pull down and try out an assortment of bikes for my wife and I.

But through it all, I ended up with the first bike that was recommended.

A Major bonus is that with how busy they were and how long it took us to decide, we ended up staying there past there closing time, but the owners had no qualms about staying past closing to make sure we were completely happy with our puchase and that the bike was finely tuned before it left the shop.

For anyone who is interested in buying a bike but is unsure about what equipment they need, I would highly recommend the gang at Orange Cycle.

Upland, CA		 This is a great shop. They know their bikes and they understand how to treat customers. My buddy has purchased two bikes from them and each time he has walked away with a great deal and a great bike. They carry Specialized bikes which are some of the best bikes made today.
